Overview
Astradrop is a delivery ecosystem built to serve multiple user types within one connected platform. I designed the entire product surface, from the public-facing website to web and mobile applications used daily by customers, riders, and business partners.
Delivery platforms often fragment their experience across user types. Customers want transparency, riders need efficiency on the move, and businesses require reliable operational tools, but these needs are rarely designed as one cohesive system.
- Five distinct product surfaces with different user mental models
- Riders operate on low-end Android devices with unstable networks
- Business dashboard needed to handle high-volume order management
- No existing design system, so everything was built from zero
Started with rider shadowing and customer interviews to map real pain points. Created user journey maps for each role, then designed a shared component library that scaled across all platforms while respecting each user context.

- Progressive disclosure in the business dashboard to reduce cognitive load

Delivered a production-ready design system spanning 5 platforms. The rider app was designed around one-handed mobile use so couriers can act quickly while moving. The business dashboard reorganised a long, fragmented order flow into a small number of clear steps, and reusable components now support future product work.
