Bupu is a two-sided logistics marketplace built for Nigeria, connecting people who need things moved with verified drivers who want steady earnings. I designed the full marketing surface: a home page that speaks to both sides at once, plus dedicated customer and driver pages that each carry their audience all the way to sign up.
Two-sided marketplaces have a messaging problem. Customers want trust, price clarity, and speed. Drivers want earnings, flexibility, and respect. Say both things on the same page and neither audience feels spoken to. The challenge was to build one brand voice with two clear paths through it.
I mapped both journeys separately, the customer who needs a delivery today and the driver who wants a reliable income stream, then found the moments where they overlap. The home page handles the shared story and splits into two clear entry points. From there each page runs its own narrative: proof and pricing for customers, earnings and freedom for drivers.
The shared entry point. One hero, two paths, and the trust story that both audiences need before they choose a side.

Built around trust and speed: verified drivers, transparent pricing, and a booking flow that feels simple before it starts.

Earnings first. Flexible hours, clear payouts, and a straightforward path from interest to onboarding.

The result is a marketing system where each audience gets a page that feels written only for them, while the brand stays one coherent thing. Trust signals, pricing clarity, and earnings framing all sit exactly where the hesitation happens.
