Overview
Ecobin is a digital waste management solution designed to encourage proper waste disposal and recycling by rewarding users for responsible behavior. The platform bridges individuals, waste collectors, and recycling systems into one experience.
Urban waste management is inefficient and disconnected from the people generating waste. Individuals lack motivation to recycle consistently, while waste systems struggle with tracking, accountability, and user participation.

Researched behavioral design patterns for habit formation. Mapped the waste disposal journey from awareness to action. Designed a gamified reward system with clear feedback loops that reinforce positive behavior without feeling artificial.

Core Experience
Created a complete mobile experience covering onboarding, waste logging, rewards, and community features. The reward model gives everyday recycling a visible sense of progress, and the logging flow was kept short enough to fit into a normal daily routine.
